Frequently asked questions

How does shipping work

All deliveries are shipped on a 'next day' service.

All orders placed Monday to Thursday will be packed the following day and dispatched within 24hrs 

*e.g. Orders placed on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.

All Orders Friday to Sunday will be packed and shipped on Monday (We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays)

Are there any shipping costs?

No shipping is completely free!

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email (support@verdant-living.co.uk) as soon as possible and a member of our support team will see if it is possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is processed and shipped we will send you a tracking number via email. This way you can track your order.

If you are unable to find or you can't track your package, please send us an email (support@verdant-living.co.uk) and a member of our team will be able to assist you
