Where We Deliver

We deliver to mainland United Kingdom only. We are not able to ship outside mainland UK at present.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free on orders over £40. On orders under £40, delivery is a flat £3.99. The charge is worked out on your order total at checkout.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped on a next-day courier service once packed. Because we are sending live plants from our nursery, we pack to a schedule that keeps them in the best possible condition in transit.

• Orders placed Monday to Thursday are packed the following day and dispatched within 24 hours. An order placed on Monday will typically be delivered by Wednesday.
• Orders placed Friday to Sunday are packed and dispatched on Monday, for delivery Tuesday.
• We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, as plants should not sit in a courier depot over the weekend.

Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, courier issues or circumstances outside our control. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you.

If You Are Not In

Our courier will attempt delivery and, depending on your address, may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If delivery is unsuccessful, they will leave a card with instructions for rearranging. You can also leave delivery instructions at checkout and the courier will do their best to follow them.

Damaged or Dead on Arrival

Live plants are delicate. If your plants arrive damaged or dead, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a full replacement or refund, with no need to send anything back. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
