About Our Business
Verdant Living is a UK-based plant nursery that grows and sells garden-ready plants directly to customers through our online store. Our plants are grown in our own British nursery and we operate a small, close-knit team.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain is straightforward. The majority of our plants are grown in-house at our nursery. Where we source plants, bulbs or other materials from third-party suppliers, we work with established, reputable UK and European growers who share our values.
We use UK-based courier services for delivery and source our packaging from UK suppliers who provide FSC-certified, recycled materials.
What We Do
- We pay fair wages to all staff and ensure safe, legal working conditions.
- We verify the employment practices of any suppliers we work with.
- We ensure no worker is required to pay fees or have documents withheld as a condition of employment.
- We encourage anyone who suspects modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chain to report it immediately.
