When should I plant my spring plants?
Most spring bedding and perennials can go straight in the ground as soon as they arrive, provided the last frost has passed in your area. Hardy perennials and shrubs can be planted year-round. If a cold snap is forecast, keep plants in a sheltered spot for a few days before planting.

Are your plants garden-ready or plugs?
Garden-ready. Every plant leaves our Yorkshire nursery established in its pot (10.5cm for bedding, 2L for most perennials, 5L for shrubs) with well-developed roots — often already in bud or bloom. No plugs, no waiting.

How fast will my plants arrive?
Order by 2pm Monday to Thursday and we dispatch the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed Friday–Sunday dispatch on the next Monday to avoid weekend-in-transit.

What if a plant arrives damaged?
Every order is packed in plant-safe materials and inspected before dispatch, but if anything arrives below standard, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund.
