Begonia 'Nonstop Yellow' is an upright tuberous begonia that fills pots and beds with yellow colour all summer long.
The Nonstop series is compact and upright, reaching around 38cm tall with a spread of 45cm, big enough to make a real statement in a container or a bedding scheme without flopping. 'Nonstop Yellow' is the yellow form of the series. The double flowers keep coming right through the season, and the plants hold their shape well in containers and garden beds. Water so the compost stays evenly moist, take off faded flowers and it will not stop.
Give it partial shade and a fertile, moist but well-drained compost, and it will flower where sunnier plants struggle. It is not hardy outdoors, so plant out only when the frosts are over, then lift the tubers in autumn or replace the plants next year. Begonias are harmful if eaten.
Supplied as 3 or 6 large, established plants in 1L pots, ready to plant into containers and beds once the frosts are over.
