Sunflower (Helianthus 'Sunfinity Double Yellow') – Repeat Flowering Annual (3L Pot)

A sunflower that does not stop at one bloom, carrying double golden flowers on a branching plant from late spring until the frosts.

Most sunflowers throw up a single head and are done. This one branches from the base and keeps producing bright, double layered golden flowers for months, on an upright, well branched plant that reaches 80 to 100cm. The leaves are large, heart shaped and toothed, giving it a full, leafy look rather than the bare stem of a giant sunflower.

It is a good size for a large patio pot, a container by a path or the middle of a sunny border, and the flowers are worth cutting for the house. Each plant comes as an established 3L garden ready sunflower, grown peat free at our Yorkshire nursery and usually in bud or flower on arrival. It is a half hardy annual, so it goes out once the frosts have passed and is finished by the first hard one.
