Fuchsia 'Mrs Popple' is a hardy garden fuchsia, hung with tubular flowers on fine stems from summer into early autumn.

The blooms dangle from arching stems above fine textured green leaves and keep coming through the warmer months. Depending on the variety these garden fuchsias reach anywhere from 20 to 120cm tall and wide, so they work in a border, an informal low hedge, a patio pot or a window box. The nectar rich flowers are worked by bees and other pollinators.

This is one of the hardy border fuchsias, so it can stay in the ground all year. In a cold winter the top growth dies back and fresh shoots come from the base in spring. It does best in light shade or morning sun in soil that stays moist, as flowers drop in hot, dry spells. Supplied as a well established 2L rootball in its nursery pot, grown in peat free compost and ready to plant out.
