The Heuchera and Ivy are fully hardy and stay outdoors year round. The red cyclamen is a winter bedding cyclamen: it takes a light frost in the sheltered churn but not a hard or prolonged one, so it gives one season of autumn and winter colour. No planting or potting on is needed. They prefer partial shade but tolerate dappled sunlight. As established plants, they need little attention beyond occasional watering during dry spells. The Ivy is harmful if eaten and the sap may irritate skin.
