Collection: Euonymus

Hard-working evergreen shrubs in plain green, gold and white variegated forms, for low hedging, ground cover, winter pots and the difficult spots other shrubs won't take.

Our range is the evergreen kind, Euonymus fortunei and japonicus. They're fully hardy and happy anywhere from full sun to full shade, including exposed and seaside gardens. Variegated forms colour best with some sun and can occasionally throw a plain green shoot, which is easy to cut out.

Compact 'Microphyllus' makes a neat, low evergreen hedge, 'Emerald Gaiety' and 'Emerald n Gold' are classic variegated ground cover, and 'Green Spire' and 'White Spire' grow upright for a narrow space. Plant from March to May or September to November.

All euonymus are poisonous to cats and dogs if eaten. Grown peat-free in Yorkshire.
