A soft mound of fine, ferny leaves smothered in small violet daisies with bright golden centres.

The Swan River daisy flowers early and keeps going right through to the first frost, which is a long season from one small plant. 'Brasco Violet' makes a low, neat mound that spreads gently and spills over the edge of a basket or a window box, reaching up to about 46cm tall and 36cm wide. The flowers are open and simple, and bees find them easily.

Grow it in full sun in a hanging basket, a window box, a patio pot or along the front of a border, in any compost that drains freely. It is not hardy, so it goes out once the frosts have passed and is replaced each year. Supplied as 10.5cm pot grown plants in sets of three or six.
