Planting and Care:

Plant in a well-drained position in full sun for the best flowering display. Phlox subulata thrives in poor to moderately fertile, well-drained soil and is well suited to sandy or gritty conditions. Avoid waterlogged or heavy clay soils. After flowering, a light trim helps maintain a compact, tidy shape and encourages fresh new growth.
