Growing Tips

• Plant outdoors after the last frost, or grow under cover in a greenhouse or polytunnel for earlier and extended cropping


• Position in a sunny, sheltered spot for the best fruit production


• Water regularly and consistently, especially once fruits begin to form


• Feed weekly with a high potash tomato feed once the first truss of fruit has set


• Cordon (indeterminate) varieties should be staked and have side shoots removed; bush (determinate) varieties can be left to grow naturally


• Harvest fruits when they are fully coloured and come away from the truss easily
