Regular price £16.99

Elegant cottage-garden perennials with tall flowering spires, bringing vertical colour, structure and pollinator activity to borders and naturalistic planting schemes.

Digitalis, commonly known as Foxgloves. are classic garden plants prized for their tall, elegant flower spikes and graceful presence in mixed borders. Their tubular blooms appear densely along upright stems from late spring into early summer, creating dramatic vertical accents above soft green foliage. The bell-shaped flowers are rich in nectar and highly attractive to bees and other beneficial pollinators. Mature plants typically reach 70–100 cm tall with a spread of around 40–50 cm, forming neat clumps that add height and rhythm to cottage gardens, woodland edges and mixed perennial displays.

Supplied as strong, well-established 2L pot-grown plants, each Digitalis arrives with a dense, healthy root system that supports rapid establishment after planting. Unlike small starter plugs, these nursery-grown plants already possess the structure and root strength needed for reliable garden performance. Professionally cultivated in high-quality peat-free compost at our Yorkshire nursery, they are raised under expert care to ensure vigorous growth and consistent flowering throughout the season.
