Choisya 'Snow Flurries' (Mexican Orange Blossom) – Scented Evergreen Shrub (3L Pot)

Masses of pure white, citrus scented flowers over glossy aromatic leaves that stay all year.

'Snow Flurries' is grown for flower. Star shaped white blooms cover the plant in mid to late spring and often come again in late summer, carrying a light citrus scent that is strongest on a warm day. The leaves are aromatic when crushed and glossy through the winter, so the shrub keeps its shape and presence in every month. It grows into a dense, rounded plant of around 1m to 2m tall and wide.

Grow it in full sun or partial shade in well drained soil, in a border, an informal hedge or a large pot. It is hardy in most of Britain, though cold drying winds can scorch the leaves, so give it some shelter. Deer and rabbits tend to leave it alone. A light trim after flowering keeps the shape and can bring on a second flush of flower.
