Dianthus 'Diabunda Red Picotee' (Sweet William) – Fragrant Bicolour Bedding Plant (12 Plants in 2 x 6-Cell Trays)

Sweet William 'Diabunda Red Picotee' (Dianthus barbatus) has deep red, fragrant flowers edged with a contrasting picotee border, on compact, bushy plants that suit borders, edging and containers.

The Diabunda series is a modern, compact selection of Sweet William bred for garden performance. It produces masses of richly coloured, lightly fragrant blooms from late spring through summer, and bees and butterflies visit them. The plants are fully hardy, so they will sit out a British winter in the garden.

You receive 12 plants, growing in 2 plastic 6-cell bedding trays with one plant to a cell, ready to plant into beds, borders or patio containers. Choose a sunny spot, or light shade, with well-drained, fertile soil. The sap can irritate skin in people and pets, so wear gloves when handling the plants.
