Beefsteak tomato varieties are prized for their impressive fruit size, dense, meaty texture and classic tomato flavour. These high-yielding plants produce large, often ribbed or slightly flattened fruits in shades of deep red, rosy pink or warm sunset tones, ideal for slicing, sandwiches, cooking and fresh summer dishes. Predominantly vigorous, indeterminate growers, they deliver continuous harvests throughout the season when properly supported.
