Growing Conditions

This high-yield tomato plant thrives in full sun, ideally in a sheltered, south-facing position. It performs brilliantly in a greenhouse and equally well outdoors once all risk of frost has passed. Plant into rich, well-drained soil or quality compost. As a cordon variety, it requires staking and regular removal of side shoots to direct energy into large fruiting trusses.

Watering and Feeding

Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Once the first truss of fruit has set, feed weekly with a high-potash tomato fertiliser to encourage strong, sturdy growth and prolific cropping. Remove lower leaves as the season progresses to improve air circulation and help maintain healthy, disease-resistant plants.
